I have never written a customer review for anything, but due to the exceptional service I recently received, I felt that I must share my experience. I took my old Volvo in due to the check engine light being on. They diagnosed several problems that needed to be addressed and each issue was explained to me in detail. My car really had its share of problems but Jon, Bob, Amber and Dan couldn't have been more honest, patient, and understanding. They went way beyond the level of service I had (unfortunately) become used to at other auto repair shops. I would certainly recommend Honest-1 Mooresville to anyone in need of major or minor repairs. I will definitely be back!

It was such a pleasure dealing with a company that is not out to make a killing on your first visit with them. I always read reviews on new companies I am interested in doing business with. It was nice to see that the reviews were correct about Honest 1. Amber got me in at the last minute to have my truck looked at even though it was on a holiday weekend. They found my problem and called before doing any other service to make sure how I wanted to proceed with the repairs. They replaced all 8 coil packs on my truck and did an oil change for the same amount their competitor down the street did one coil pack for. With service and pricing like this I will be back to have both my vehicles serviced here. Keep up the good work and honest pricing.

The best service I have ever received from a auto repair shop! The owners and employees go out of their way to provide the best service in a timely manner. The prices are very reasonable and they were able to get a part for my car that the ford dealer said they could not. Will be back for any future needs.

I went for an oil change and inspection. I had an appointment and was taken in right away. Jon explained the costs for my repairs which were reasonable. The waiting area was very comfortable. I will go back.

Experience was excellent - managers explained what needed to be done & why - as I had another appointment later in the day, dropped me off & picked me back up at my other location. would highly recommend this location for auto repairs.

Took I for an alignment after getting new tires and an oil change. They called and told me I didn't need alignment, just oil change. Also used shuttle vehicle to run errands!

I love this place! I had my car serviced here and they did an amazing job. They explained everything in detail. They didn't do anything that didn't need to be done and left a nice thank you gift on my steering wheel.
