Honest-1 Auto Care is a great choice for vehicle repair and maintenance. These folks are knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. Even if you have self-diagnosed your problem, pay attention to their staff. You may have options you didn’t consider and there may be factors not apparent to the untrained eye. These guys are experts! I have been two times with two different cars. On both occasions the work was diagnosed and repaired correctly the first time, on the promised schedule, and at a very fair price. They treated me like they really appreciated my business, and, like they want me to tell everyone about the experience. What more could you ask?

I’m a first-time customer to this establishment. Car needed an oil change and tire rotation. Person at the front desk is nice and helpful. The waiting area has a playroom for kids, a tv, comfy chairs and WiFi. Had a great experience. Will definitely come back.

This place is rather new but yu cant go wrong with them they give yu detailed work list & they tell yu what needs your attention & what can wait. If your car has to stay, they will give yu a loaner, staff is very personable! place is clean

This place ripped me off! They lied to me and messed up my car. I’m a woman and they insulted me! They overcharged me and left the oil pan screw on loose and it fell off. My engine could have been ruined.

6/10/2019 Response: This was not my Jeep which was clearly stated on the invoice. This was my daughters Jeep. She told you not to do the work and when I came down to pay you, you did the work without getting her authorization. No one called her to get this authorized. The quote was totally out of line. You even charged her $30 for shop supplies. You still have not fixed the matter and have the audacity to get upset with her and ban her because she is upset that her Jeep is still over heating. This is ridiculous. You seem to care more about your feelings and your reviews than you care about an unsatisfied job! The fact is she never authorized this work. I was trying to help my daughter with her Jeep and I had her take it to Honest 1. I am on a fixed income and they charged my daughter $700 for the repair of her water pump and thermostat being them Mom I surprised my daughter and paid it for her and realized that they took advantage of us both. This is insulting and I find it hard to believe that this is a one time incident. I would not take my vehicle to them if I was a consumer looking for a good mechanic they can not be trusted.

As a nurse that takes care of children in their home, it’s imperative that I not only get to work but get there on time. Honest 1 has always made that possible. They repair my vehicles quickly and fairly. When I take my car in, they make sure I have transportation to work, either with a loaner vehicle or at times driving me and offering to pick me up. They always go above and beyond what anyone could expect and that’s why I will always bring my cars to them. Always the best experience !
