Great experience! Super friendly and personable. Very patient answering my questions. Up front about solution and possibly fixing one problem could lead to discovery of unknown second problem or even third. Thank goodness original issue was only issue, but appreciated warning. Would 100% recommend

Wow!!! These are the friendliest, most efficient, caring folks I have EVER encountered in a automotive setting!! Very calm and clean environment, no stress, and basically no waiting. The communication was completely understandable and clear and I felt very cared for! Service was Over and Above!!

The team Honest-1 Auto Care Mooresville was great! Very friendly, personalized service and explained technical needs at my level. They fit my truck in quickly & gave honest feedback on services necessary & services I could hold off on. Although the waiting room was comfortable and had drinks/snacks, one of the owners offered a shuttle ride so I could wait at home, which was much appreciated. My truck runs great, and I now feel safe for a visit to my home town of Buffalo, NY. I will definitely continue using Honest-1 in Mooresville, and appreciate the family atmosphere & friendly service.

I didn't have an appointmment for my wheel alignment but called them and they told me to come right over. They got my car in quickly and kept me updated on what they were doing to my car. We were very comfortable in their nice waiting area. Great service and nice people working there!
