My auto service experience with Honest-1 was positive. The Service Manager explained everything that was being done and why some items could not be done at that time. He kept me informed through out the entire process. Additional services were proposed based of my autos needs, but I was not "guilted" into having them done. Prices quoted were honored and there were no surprises.

Great service and honest.

I've brought 5 different cars here over the past couple of years. They give a fair and honest assessment of your vehicle's repair needs. They will even show you in the engine compartment or underneath the car so you can have a better idea of the issue. They have a couple of loaner cars you can use or if you live fairly close by they will drop you off and pick you back up when your car is finished. Sometimes it's the owner that is giving you the ride. They usually have a coupon you can use on their website as well. Who does all this? These guys do. Entire staff is friendly and professional.
