If you need service other than simple maintenance stay away they can't properly diagnos a problem. I took my vehicle in for a misfire situation. They replaced some modules for the turbo at a cost of $400.00 ++ Received call next day they say all repaired. Picked up the car and could not make it out of their lot. Left it their again . Received a call next day they indicated that my turbocharger was bad and would cost $4000.00 to replace. Needless to say even with my limited knowledge of cars I knew this was an incorrect diagnosis. Ended up taking vehicle to Taylor imports . Within 10 minutes Taylor imports found the problem. Squirrels made a nest and chewed wires under the hood. Taylor indicated Honest auto must have been blind not seeing the squirrel nest.

Paula made sure she understood my problems. Correctly fixed them. She offered realistic additional services and was not pushy with them. Honest 1 completed the work ahead of schedule and were reasonably priced. I look forward to doing business with them again, just not too soon! ;)

Service rep was courteous. They diagnosed the problem with my car (wheel bearings had worn out and needed to be replaced) within a few hours after I brought the car in without an appointment. The work was completed the next morning. They addressed the problem and also took care of the annual state inspection. All over the Christmas holidays.

Always fast and efficient and friendly... I believe they really are an honest auto care place, which is sometimes hard to come by...
