The staff at Honest -1 Auto care live up to the business name. They are honest and have your best interest in mind when it comes to your vehicle. I love that they only use parts as well as change the oil based on what is recommended by the manufacturer. They took such great care of me and I look forward to being a return customer!

First rate company! I purchased new tires from Costco, and they have a program that they will refer to you an auto care business if they think there is some service your vehicle might require. When I called I was given 2 companies and I chose Honest 1. I have to say that in the past I have not always had the best luck with car repairs, however, this time was different. I called that day and got an appointment the very next day. When I arrived, Paula and John were very accommodating, they offered me something to drink and held conversation with you, not only relating to my vehicle. Paula said that they will evaluate my car and let me know what they find. Please note that I was going there because I was told that I needed an alignment. Well it turns out that I didn't and Honest 1 said that everything looked great. While I was there, I asked if they could inspect my vehicle and that was not an issue either. You do not find customer care like this nowadays and to receive it, was just wonderful. I would highly recommend Honest 1 in Mooresville for you care repair/service needs. When they were done with my vehicle, they left a refer a friend card in my care along with a sweet treat, that carried the customer care even further. Great place, great people, makes for great results!!!!

I called to ask for a price for an allignment. The lady told me 79.95 plus taxes and fees. I ask how much are the fees? She said I can't tell you, the computer figures that out, I can't give you a complete price.

My 73 yr old mother took them her car bc of blown head gasket. She paid over 1000 for a new motor. Then had to take it back bc it was smoking. They said it needed a gasket and was fine to drive until they found the part. My mother was diagnosed with a brain tumor and I started driving the car. It continues to overheat and smoke, it made bubbling noises with the water, and check engine light came on. Everytime I took it there they said nothing was wrong and it was fine. Took over a month to get the gasket needed and still smoked after that. My mother never got her car fixed properly. They are completely DISHONEST don't take your car there EVER!!
