I find honest 1 to be very professional and like their name very honest. Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They called and told me that I had a nail in my tire and it would cost $25 to patch it I said no problem. When I went to pick up the car they told me that when they removed the nail and there was no leak in th tire. They didn’t charge me since there was no leak. I really appreciated their honesty. Thanks guys

Incredibly friendly folks! I have 2 BMWs and will only take them to Honest 1. Their waiting room was very clean, well organized, and even had refreshments and comfortable seating. They are very fairly priced, and very quick and efficient and do good quality work. More than happy with my experience with these folks, and expect to return with all of my cars very soon!

Great service, quick and clear communication, and super honest and transparent about repairs needed. They checked in with me at every step of the way to make sure I gave green light for what they recommended, and they were upfront about timelines and expectations. And they *always* picked up the phone and were able to answer my questions. Recommended!
