Prior to having my vehicle serviced, I stopped by because I was unable to remove and replace my new NC vehicle tag. Although it was close to closing time, they were super friendly and handled my request free of charge. So..., when I needed my vehicle serviced, it seem like a no-brainer to go back to Honest-1 Auto Care. Again, Adam was super friendly and made sure that the wait was a pleasant experience. I was immediately abreast of any other issues found, as well as any additional charges. The repair costs were very reasonable and I was very satisfied with the services. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend Honest-1 Auto Care. Thanks!

Visiting from out of town, got nail in tires and from the first greeting from David at front desk, the service for repair was too notch, professional, polite, friendly, even spent time chatting w my 91 year old dad, explaining the process while we waited. Highly recommend this business

We had an issue on our vehicle discovered by Costco Mooresville and they directed us to Honest-1. Nice location, grounds well kept, clean work bays and customer area, friendly and professional staff, work was completed as written and in a timely manner. We had a positive experience and highly recommend.

I have never been disappointed when going to Honest 1 for car service. They are extremely inviting when you arrive. They explain everything to you in layman's term to make sure that you are comfortable with the services you will be receiving and what price you should expect to pay. The level of care and commitment given to live up to your high standard of service goes immeasurable. Even though I live in Huntersville, I will always take my vehicles to Honest 1! My husband and I have been taking our cars here for a few years now. They really go above and beyond. On a recent visit, the counter manager, Adam, offered to have my car brought to the front door during a pouring rain. Attention to detail is on point. We highly recommend.
