Adam kept me up to date through the whole process. Working with Jon and Bob in the past has always left me well informed. All of the personnel are low key, pleasant and technically adept.

I have taken both my cars to Honest-1 Auto Care on more than one occasion and the entire staff is very professional. Adam has always been a pleasure to work with and he is always honest and upfront with you. If he finds anything wrong with your vehicle, he will call you and ask you how you would like to proceed. When he gives you a ballpark number, you can trust that he will be spot on with his estimates. There are never any surprises nor will he put bottom grade parts or materials in your car. I love this place not just for their prices but because they provide top tier service and they keep you informed every step along the way. This is the only automotive place I trust to take care of my vehicles. When the AC was acting up on my BMW, Adam thoroughly explained to me what the problem could be and he also was honest with me that he would only know for sure after preforming a diagnostic on the vehicle. He was also honest with me concerning a timeframe. Once the diagnostic had been ran he immediately called me to inform me what he had found and asked how I wanted to proceed. Adam is the best and Honest-1 Auto Care of Mooresville lives up to its name.

After trying to get an inspection at a few other places, I ended up at Honest-1. I didn't have an appointment so I had to wait, but the waiting area is lovely (complete with a kids room, refreshments, and places to set your laptop to do some work). The guys were clear about the timing and got me through as soon as they could. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Adam and Chris were both really helpful! I just moved to the area and had some issues with my starter and they made it very easy.

I’m a single woman. I went to this establishment because my healthcare office I work in is close by. I figured “honest” would be what I get. My driver window was stuck halfway down. It had been raining. Mind you- my car is probably worth $2000 if I’m lucky. So, I drop my car off. 😬 I get a call explaining ALL the things wrong with my car. Woman = payday. I tell the man I just need the window UP. He proceeds to tell me both windows would be $1300. Just the driver window $916. Again, the car is worth $2000. So I ask to just have the WINDOW PUT UP. They can’t. It won’t stay up blah blah blah. Dude-jerry rig it! It’s 100 degrees outside. NOPE. They charged me $162 to tell me that basically my car is junk. Today I drove home covered in sweat. Plus-I’m $162 in the negative. They should change their name to bs auto care. I’m a healthcare worker that has been serving others and they basically rip me off. That was grocery money for a little more than a week. Thanks

Went in for inspection and oil change. They found a dangerous situation with my rear alignment control arms and broken shocks. No way I knew that was going on. Adam explained everything in great detail and probably saved me more damage or possibly a bad control issue. I trust them! Thanks To Adam and the technician . Bruce Beck

Needed an inspection, they figured out exactly what I needed to accomplish that and got me fixed up. Helped me out with an additional tire issue causing a light poppping up and told me exactly how to fix it. good waiting area not sketchy like some auto shops
