A friend recommended Honest-1 so I called and spoke to Adam. We met later in person. He is the nicest guy you will ever meet. Chris and team analyzed what was wrong with my ten-year old car. They provided a loaner and then repaired my car in one day. Chris took time with me and patiently reported each thing they found, and then he made recommendations. He was very understanding, as I know nothing about car repair. The next day my car drove like a dream, and I felt secure about being behind the wheel again. A mechanic (retired) friend of mine asked about what I had repaired. I showed him my list. He said it was a good thing I made the repairs! He said prices were fair too. This is my new go-to place. So very grateful for these guys! Run, don’t walk, to Honest-1!!!!!!!

I was helped by Adam. Great guy, obviously knew his trade well, professional and friendly service all around! They took on a tall order and got me my vehicle back in just a few hours, good to go. I’ll be bringing my car here for future service

Asked them for oil change and diagnosis of rubbing and pinging. Came back to an $1800+ Estimate and oil change was not done. Did complete oil change but after taking car to dealer suggested coolant flush had been done (by them but records were not checked) front suspension arm ($500) was not the problem, it was rear shocks and struts. Both air filters needed to be changed (not suggested by Honest Auto). Will probably not return.
