Mooresville Auto Repair

We will be sending everyone we know to this auto care center. The technicians are very knowledge and they want me to be as well. They took the time to walk me through every step and teach me a few things about my car. This will be my new “go to” place for my car care needs.

Very friendly, helpful staff who do more than just the minimum and take your money like so many other stores. No bait and switch coupons in play. Clean, inviting waiting area with snacks and coffee. Thanks so much. I’ll be back.

Nice group of people, and explained everything thoroughly. Very happy with the results. Update I need to add. Honest-1 had recommended I return and replace water pump and alternator for a bill about 1000. I drove to my old reliable in Greenville SC, Especially Honda. They quickly analyzed my Honda (1998) and explained that the radiator was melting and it really was not something they recommend fixing. Time to put it down. They charged me nothing. So, All the money I spent was really in vain. But I did tell Honest-1 to repair, and that is what they did. So it was a misdiagnosis by someone at this location. Maybe that person is no longer there? This happened when they first opened, so maybe things have changed.

Fixing a vehicle is never fun, but I felt I was given good information to make any decisions, the main items were fixed, and I will return for others.

I just moved to the area a few months ago from GA and had been using the Nissan dealer for my service and was not 100% satisfied. I felt that took my patronage for granted. I need someone who will be honest and upfront with me about my vehicle. I am a recent widow and the last thing I need is to deal with "shady, uncaring mechanics". Understand I am from CA and we are always skeptical, but so far so GOOD! I feel I can trust them.
