Easy to book an appointment online on short notice. Prices better than my Mazda dealer. Friendly guys at the front desk. Pleased with my 2 visits this week- one for oil change and tire rotation, and the other was for the purchase and installation of a new battery.

I came to this Auto Care thinking the staff and management would be better than the dealership but they are worst than them. And just to let them know that speaking from what I heard and experience the truth! One of the staff or manager kept asking me about a timing belt that was already done at the dealership. And I kept telling him the same thing over and over. Then he told me high price? This turned me completely off. Then he checked my car to make sure it was running correctly!! I just told him the dealership said I need a valve adjustment? But then he some oil leaking around the valve cover. The dealership already told me this problem I just wanted a different opinion from someone that I thought was honest I sign did stated Honest-1 Auto Care so I thought we're going to be nice and honest and treat women with respect but that didn't happen. The guy told me they can clean that oil and check everything and clean it for almost 400 dollars!!! That too expensive to say they are not a dealership. I could not believe they tried to treat certain women that way. I was very crude. I see they treat their other customers right cause they are giving them good reviews. And get this this Auto Care does not take warranties period! They claim they don't get paid from the insurance companies and told me that the dealerships don't take them either. Most of these dealerships does take warranties cause I already asked Hinda

This is a great place to take your car for quality care. Have been coming here for years and Chris and Lucas are the best! Had some problems with a warranty from another service shop. They were so helpful getting me photos and the info I needed. They're up front and show you what's wrong. Glad to have found this shop!

I went for an inspection & was failed due to ball joints (steering) and what they said was a major oil leak, quoted me $6,000 (with my Costco discount). Took my car to my auto mechanic - ball joints are fine, there was 2 minor oil leaks. I had to pay for another inspection ($40) and my total bill was $530.00 I will never go back and suggest you don't either! My mechanic was disgusted, as was I. I gave them a 2 star for discovering an oil leak but what a waste of time and possibly huge money.

Our concern lies with our assessment that the ball joints were loose, resulting in the inspection failure, while your mechanic deemed them to be in good condition. It's worth noting that your vehicle, at 11 years old with 164,000 miles, may naturally exhibit wear on such parts. Despite this, we stand by our observation that these parts are worn enough to jeopardize the safety aspect of the NC inspection. We understand your disappointment, especially when receiving unexpected news. Seldom do customers praise us for failing their vehicle. We want to extend an offer for you to return to our shop to inspect the ball joints. This would involve raising the vehicle for you (and your mechanic if you wish) to inspect alongside us. Should there be any discrepancy between our initial assessment and what is observed, we are prepared to donate $500 to the charity of your choice (provided your car has not been repaired) and take appropriate disciplinary action against the responsible employee. Honesty and integrity are paramount to us in all customer interactions. We genuinely want to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction. Super impressed with this place. My first time taking my car here, and will definitely be back. My car had a few issues as it's older, but they very quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Also, they sent their shuttle to get me once the repair was done. Very professional and friendly staff that were genuinely fair from diagnosing issue to what I paid. In particular, want to thank both Chris and Lucas, as they made the entire process seamless and pain free. On top of friendly staff and fair dealing, the place is super nice inside if you need to wait on your call. This place has really raised the bar for how other repair shops should operate. Great job!

Absolutely love this place and will be my regular go to for vehicle maintenance! They were very professional and took me in their shop and explained and showed me everything in great detail that needed to be fixed! Honest company and I’d recommend anyone to them especially anyone with a German vehicle! It’s hard to find someone to work on them but it’s even harder to find good prices but this is the best place I’ve ever experienced! Thank you guys for all that you do!
